Return and Refund Policy
We understand that sometimes you make a purchase and you just don't love the item. We want you to be happy with your appliances, so we'll do our best to accommodate you wherever we can!
Our return policy does not impact your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Order Cancellation
Bi-Rite Electrical is aware that there are circumstances that arise that require the cancellation of an order. We will always do our best to accommodate our Customers needs.
We would like to point out though that should through no fault of ours the order be cancelled, that we retain the right to recover out of pocket expenses, like restocking fees, delivery charges etc.
If you need to cancel your order, please call us on 07 3085 8130 or email us at websales@birite.com.au within 12 hours and we will do our best to cancel your order.
Faulty / Damaged / Incorrect Goods
If the item you have purchased has arrived faulty or damaged, or if the wrong item has been delivered, please contact us immediately. You can contact the store you received the item from, or if you've purchased it online please contact us here.
Change of Mind Returns
Under Australian Consumer Law we are not required to provide refunds or replacements for change of mind. Change of mind returns are based on the policies at the store the item was fulfilled from.
In cases where change of mind returns are accepted, they must be made within 14 days, and return shipping costs must be covered by you.

Warranty Claims
For all claims made under your manufacturers warranty, please contact the store you purchased the item from, or contact us here.
You will need to have a copy of your proof of purchase, and the serial number of your appliance to ensure we can assist.
